Beef Caldereta |
Ingredients:
| |
3 lbs beef brisket or tenderloin (cut
into cubes)
1 onion chopped
3 cloves of Garlic chopped
1 beef knorr cube
1 pack of Mama Sita's caldereta mix
1/4 bottle of Jufran banana ketchup (Filipino Ketchup)
5 cups of water |

Cooking Process:
Start by heating a nice big pot and
suateeing the onions, garlic and beef together. Add a
pinch of salt and pepper. When the beef has been
slightly browned, add the water into the pot together with the
beef knorr cube and caldereta mix. Let the pot simmer
for about half hour till the beef is soft and tender.
Add the jufran ketchup near the end to make the broth nice and
thick and simmer for another 10 minutes. Enjoy! |
